rNitrate Loading/Soil Suitability Studies conducted for EHD must have references to the Section Q <br /> numbers at the beginning of an applicable Paragraph or Paragraphs and/or Appendix that <br /> correspond with the EHD Requirements Checklist. This Addendum does not include these Section <br /> Numbers since they are referenced in the original 2006 report. <br /> 1:1 Proposed Project Development <br /> The EHD has requested th the difference be een the-project as initially proposed and the project <br /> as currently proposed,be de�f�red--Thies iustratedi Table 1 b low. Initially, the Complex was <br /> proposed to be completed in.two Phases, as denoted on the " asing Plan' and the "Preliminary Site <br /> Development Plan." As referenced above, it was proposed that the First Phase was to include a gas <br /> station/c-store, a fast food restaurant and possibly one hotel. The second phase was to came on-line <br /> when the extension of City of Lathrop services arrive and was to nclude the second hotel, two <br /> additional as - o facilities and the retail strip centers. ~� <br /> The Phasing Plan illustrated' 3.89 ere area in the northw c riser f the property for the proposed <br /> primary domestic wastewater osal area. The remaim Phase ea was to consist of a 1.6 acre <br /> area and a 0.68 acrc_rea, fora total of 6.17 acres for primary d-100%replacement/reserve- <br /> wastewater disposal. The primary disposal area was to theoretically~be a maximum of: 6.17=2 =3.1 <br /> facres,with the reserve area also 3.1 acres.
