2. A 50-foot building setback shall be observed along the southern boundary <br /> line of the property. At the time of the first building permit for parcels <br /> contiguous to the southern boundary of the property, the applicant shall <br /> install a six-foot high masonry wall along the length of said boundary. <br /> The Use Permit application has been tentatively scheduled for the Planning <br /> Commission hearing on January 20, 2005.
