CITY SERVICES PLAN <br /> The City of Stockton Police Department will provide law enforcement services to the project site. <br /> To assist in reducing crime levels the Mariposa business&Travel Center should be designed <br /> with safety as a prime consideration in consultation with the Police Department's Crime <br /> Prevention Division. <br /> To address these concerns, the project applicant will consult with the City of Stockton Police <br /> Department's Crime Prevention Division. The consultation and coordination will involve the <br /> integration of facility design criteria into the site plan to improve safety. The design criteria will <br /> place primary focus on the overall layout of the development to promote flows for evacuation, <br /> limit bottlenecks, and increase visibility. . <br /> 2.2 FIRE PROTECTION AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL RESPONSE <br /> The City of Stockton Fire Department would provide fire protection services and emergency <br /> medical response services to the Project Area. Local fire stations have both primary and advanced <br /> life support capabilities. Development of the project site will be subject to specific fire protection <br /> standard reviews and implementation of any conditions deemed appropriate by the Department. <br /> To address these concerns, the applicant shall consult with the City of Stockton Fire Department. <br /> The consultation and coordination will involve the integration of facility design criteria into the <br /> site plan to improve occupant safety and emergency access. The design criteria will place <br /> primary focus on the overall layout of the hotel site, gas station site, and the restaurant site to <br /> promote flows for evacuation and emergency vehicle access. <br /> The design features of the Mariposa $psiness&Travel Center shall include a hydrant system, <br /> sprinkler systems, and fire access roadways in accordance with state fire code. <br /> 2.3 PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES <br /> The City of Stockton Parks and Recreation Department provide Parks and recreation services to <br /> the project area. The nature of the development precludes any additional requirements for parks <br /> and recreation facilities. <br /> 2.4 SCHOOLS <br /> The project falls within the Stockton School District but will have no impact on the district <br /> schools. <br /> 2.5 MUNICIPAL WATER SERVICE <br /> The City of Stockton's Water Utility would provide domestic water to the project site. The <br /> sources of domestic water available to the City of Stockton include groundwater and surface <br /> water. Existing water distribution infrastructure in the vicinity of the project site includes a 12" <br /> Citv OfSIMIUM Services Plan <br /> Manpo Travelers Cemer 3 <br />
