REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-10 <br /> PAGE 3 <br /> a. Emissions generated during the construction process are of <br /> concern to the District. The following dust control practices <br /> shall be implemented: <br /> 1) Water trucks and/or sprinklers shall be used during <br /> periods of construction to control dust. <br /> 2) Vehicles leaving the site during periods of construction <br /> shall be clean to prevent dirt and mud being tracked on <br /> adjacent streets. <br /> 3) Trucks carrying construction materials shall be covered. <br /> 4) All internal combustion engines in construction vehicles <br /> shall be maintained and properly tuned. <br /> b. It is the responsibility of the applicant to notify the <br /> District in writing with respect to the actual date of <br /> construction/grading one week prior to said activities. The <br /> applicant should use file no. SA-91-10 in the communication to <br /> the District and under the attention of the Planning Section. <br /> C. Projects shall designate a person or persons to maintain <br /> adequate record keeping of mitigation measures, if applicable <br /> for the Air Pollution Control District staff in making <br /> scheduled or unscheduled inspections. <br /> 4 . BUILDING DIVISION <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also apply. <br /> Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> ,a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> (,,,f7 the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> (Inspection Division: <br /> 1) Exterior wall less that 20 feet from a property line <br /> I' fPr �' shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br /> 2) Provide restroom conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements. <br /> b.'
