Location and Legal Description <br /> The subject property location can be identified as the following: <br /> Site Address 4851 South Maybeck Road, San Joaquin City, CA <br /> 93660 <br /> .. Assessor's Parcel Number(APN) 131-350-01 <br /> Property Owner SINGH FARM INC <br /> Land Use Type Agricultural <br /> Legal Description 09-30950 SQ/FT TO ROAD PER 08150559/560 <br /> Size of Property 330.850-acres <br /> The parcel map and owner information were provided by ParcelQuest/CD Data as a <br /> representation of current data downloaded monthly from the County Assessor's Office. <br /> Copies of the parcel map and the owner information are provided in Appendix B. <br /> 2.2. Site and Vicinity General Characteristics <br /> The subject property is located within a mixed residential and commercial area of the <br /> City of Stockton, San Joaquin County, California. Figure 1 shows the setting of the <br /> subject property (7.5 Minute United States Geological Survey [USGS] Topographic <br /> Series, HOLT, California). Photographs of the subject property are provided in <br /> Appendix A. <br /> 2.3. Current Use of Property <br /> The property is utilized for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0. HISTORICAL USE INFORMATION ON SUBJECT PROPERTY <br /> Subject property history was researched by reviewing historical Sanborn Fire Insurance <br /> Maps (no coverage), aerial photographs, topographic maps, telephone directory <br /> information, and the San Joaquin County Building Division records. <br /> Based on a review of historical documents, the subject property has been utilized <br /> agriculturally since at least the 1930s, with scattered development throughout the <br /> property until the early 2010s, when no structures appear to be on the subject property <br /> and it is utilized for row crops. <br /> In summary, review of the historical documents revealed no features on the subject <br /> property of environmental concern, except the long term agricultural use of the property. <br /> Representative historical records are provided within Appendix B. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmen[al,Inc. <br />
