The maximum amount of construction (requiring building <br /> permits) that shall be permitted on each parcel created by <br /> this subdivision is twenty-five thousand (25, 000) square feet. <br /> Location of Development shall be consistent with all other <br /> restrictions contained in the Conditions of Approval. A note <br /> to that effect shall be placed on the Final Parcel Map. <br /> NOTE: The allowable square footage is subject to confirmation <br /> by the project biologist for the Biological Resources <br /> Survey. <br /> 2 . A Habitat Management Plan, prepared by a qualified biologist, <br /> shall be submitted for approval to the Community Development <br /> Department, the California Department of Fish and Game, and <br /> the United States Fish and Wildlife Service prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Parcel Map. <br /> At a minimum, the Management Conservation Plan shall include <br /> the following: all parcel lines, topographic details, the <br /> location of ,all habitats, 100 and 500 year flood elevations, <br /> and all water courses and pools. <br />
