The property owner has lived here since childhood and thus the property has been in his and his family's ownership in excess of forty(40)years. San Joaquin County Assessor and Recorder Offices' records were researched which confirmed that the subject property has been in the family's ownership this long. Thus basically,the property has not been subjected to business or industrial type use, which would contribute to possible contamination to the property. Proper Search: On Monday, May 7, 2001 a property search was made.. An attempt was made to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, kerosene, other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles on any of the 9.59 acres of the subject property which would contribute to contamination on the property- On the date of the search,no above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, or kerosene or other petroleum product or pesticide or herbicide receptacles or containers were found.. No vent pipes, ground discoloration or any indications of excavations were found by visual observation to indicate any subsurface tank contamination sources. No subsurface excavations or studies were made or conducted as a part of this property search. Possible Nitrate Concentration: The three (3)cattle and two (2) dogs found on the property are not an undue animal population to contribute to excessive nitrate concentrations on the subject property. 1V4icke Grove Park situate to the north of the subject property has had excessive nitrate well water test results however. Possible Sentie Contamination: San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division septic permit applications were reviewed. Fifteen(15) permit applications were reviewed in the immediate vicinity and in the general area of the subject property involving a period from November 27, 1967 through August 25,1998.
