An attempt <br /> was made to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, <br /> kerosene, other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles on any <br /> of the 9.59 acres of the subject property which would contribute to contamination on the <br /> property- <br /> On the date of the search,no above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, or <br /> kerosene or other petroleum product or pesticide or herbicide receptacles or containers <br /> were found.. <br /> No vent pipes, ground discoloration or any indications of excavations were found <br /> by visual observation to indicate any subsurface tank contamination sources. No <br /> subsurface excavations or studies were made or conducted as a part of this property <br /> search. <br /> Possible Nitrate Concentration: The three (3)cattle and two (2) dogs found on the <br /> property are not an undue animal population to contribute to excessive nitrate <br /> concentrations on the subject property. 1V4icke Grove Park situate to the north of the <br /> subject property has had excessive nitrate well water test results however. <br /> Possible Sentie Contamination: San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division septic permit applications were reviewed. Fifteen(15) <br /> permit applications were reviewed in the immediate vicinity and in the general area of the <br /> subject property involving a period from November 27, 1967 through August 25,1998. <br /> One (1)permit was found for the subject property which was for a new installation <br /> EARL SELLERS PROPERTY AT 10979 NORTH MICKE GROVE ROAD,LODI CA 95240 <br /> 4 <br />
