Access driveways shall have a width of no less <br /> than twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and <br /> sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles. (Section 9- <br /> 1015. 5{h} of the Development Title) <br /> 4 . Parking lot lighting: <br /> a. The equivalent of one (1) foot candle of <br /> illumination shall be provided throughout the <br /> parking area. (Section 9-1015. 5{g} of the <br /> Development Title) <br /> b. All lighting shall be on a time clock or photo- <br /> sensor system. (Section 9-1015. 5{g) of the <br /> Development Title) <br /> C. Parking lot luminaries shall be high-pressure <br /> sodium vapor with 90-degree cut-off and flat <br /> lenses. (Section 9-91015. 5{g} of the Development <br /> Title) <br /> d. All lighting shall be designed to confine direct <br /> rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property line shall be permitted, except onto <br /> public thoroughfares, provided, however, that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Section 9-1015. 5{g) of the Development Title) <br /> 5 . Landscaping: <br /> a. Landscaping shall conform to the Landscaping <br /> Regulations in Division 10 of the Development <br /> Title and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> b. All new landscaping shall be planned to create a <br /> water efficient landscape and shall comply with <br /> the water efficient landscape standards of Section <br /> 9-1020. 3 (a) (2) of the Development Title. <br /> C. All plant material with a 15-foot triangle at the <br /> intersection of driveways and streets shall be no <br /> more than three feet in height above curb level, <br /> except for trees which are trimmed so that no <br /> branches extend lower than six feet above the curb <br /> level.
