Development Committee -4- <br /> UP-93-0001 <br /> d. A minimum of five percent (5%) interior <br /> landscaping shall be provided in the parking areas <br /> and cne tree shall be required for each five (5) <br /> parking stalls, or portion thereof, and shall be <br /> evenly spaced throughout the parking lot. <br /> (Section 9-1020. 6 {a,b} of the Development Title) <br /> e. A ter. (10) foot wide landscaped strip shall be <br /> installed between parking areas and adjacent Micke <br /> Grove Road. The strip shall be continuous except <br /> where crossed by driveways and walkways. (Section <br /> 9-10220.61cl of the Development Title) <br /> f. Planters which abut parking stalls shall be a <br /> minimum of five (5) feet wide. A minimum eighteen <br /> (18) inch wide paved strip shall be added to the <br /> adjacent parking stall to allow access to and from <br /> vehicles. (Section 9-1020. 6{d} of the Development <br /> Title!) <br /> g. The parking areas abutting the existing <br /> residential use shall be screened with a solid <br /> masonry wall six (6) to seven (7) feet in height <br /> aloncf the abutting property line, and a five (5) <br /> foot planting strip shall be installed adjacent to <br /> the wall and the parking area. (Section 9- <br /> 1020. 6{el of the Development Title) <br /> h. Required landscaping and screening, including <br /> irricfation systems, shall be completely installed <br /> prior to the use of the property and the issuance <br /> Of the Certificate of Occupancy for the new <br /> structures. (Section 9-1020.3{f} of the <br /> Development Title) <br /> 7 . A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on <br /> the Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed <br /> to accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on <br /> three sides with a solid masonry wall and gated on the <br /> fourth side.
