The <br /> construction of two monument signs at the entrance of the winery is consistent <br /> with the industrl standards for wineries located off of a main road. <br /> 2. The height, size and number of the proposed signs are the minimum <br /> required to identify and direct the public to the activities, services and <br /> products available on-site. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed height (7 feet), size (105 <br /> square feet each) and number (2) of proposed signs is necessary to identify <br /> and direct the public to the winery which is located approximately 1,600 feet <br /> off of a county maintained road (Milton Road). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed project and, <br /> provided any outstandi ig issues with other departments are resolved, will approve the <br /> project subject to the following conditions of approval. <br /> Site Approval Application No. PA-0500221 was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on .
