— July 22,2002 <br /> NOA ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECT NUMBER LE02-182 <br /> Del Monte#33 2716 Miner Avenue E. <br /> Parrish& Sons 3128 Miner Avenue E. <br /> Laborer's Union#73 2841 Myrtle Street <br /> According to the RWQCB SLIC/DOD/DOE(Spills,Leaks, Investigations,and Cleanup Sites/Federal <br /> r Department of Defense Sites/Federal Department of Energy Sites) list dated January, 2002, the <br /> subject property does not appear on this list at this time. The RWQCB notes one (1) site on the <br /> SLIC/DOD/DOE list which is within the specified search radius. <br /> — <br /> Del Monte Foods, Plant #33**, 2716 East Miner Avenue, Stockton (asterisks in the name are <br /> included on the SLIC List). The case associated with this site is listed as being in the preliminary <br /> .. assessment phase. The pollutant reported on this database is perchloroethylene. The Department of <br /> Tonic Substances Control(DTSC)is listed as the lead agency in this case. NOA investigated this site <br /> further by contacting staff at the DTSC. No file regarding this site was found in the DTSC records. <br /> NOA contacted the Regional Water Quality Control Board to see if they had a file regarding this <br /> property. They did, and the file was reviewed. The file contained information regarding the closed <br /> Leaking Underground Storage Tank(LUST) case on that property. That case was closed in 1992. <br /> No information as to why this property was listed on the California Spills,Leaks,Investigations and <br /> Cleanups (SLIC) List was found. Documents from this file review are attached to this report as <br /> Appendix D. <br /> 2. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> ` The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJEHD)was contacted to see if there <br /> are any files their database relating to the subject property. According to Tami Lowe, of that <br /> _ department, there are no (0) files referencing 2905 East Miner Avenue, Stockton, California. <br /> Inquiries were made with the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJEHD)to <br /> r, review file information on sites within the specified search radius. The Underground Storage Tank <br /> List and the Site Mitigation List were reviewed. Documents from these database lists are attached <br /> to this report as Appendix D. <br /> There was one(1)reference to the subject property and nine(9)references to properties within 1/4 <br /> mile on the Underground Storage Tank(UST)list. The file on the subject property is listed as D A <br /> Parrish& Sons, 2905 East Miner Avenue, Stockton. This property is fisted as having had one (1) <br /> ten thousand (10,000) gallon unleaded tank removed from the property. <br /> Del Monte Corp 433 is listed twice, each listing posting a different address for what is the same <br /> facility. The first address fisted is 110 North Filbert Street, Stockton.
