NOA <br /> interviewed Cori Condon of the CVRWQCB regarding this site. According to Ms. Condon,the latest <br /> report on file at that agency is dated 1992. She indicated that a soil removal action took place at the <br /> Lfacility,and soil impacted with total petroleum hydrocarbons,fuel oil,and lead was removed. The file <br /> indicated that solvents were present in the soil as well,but no confirmatory samples were collected. No <br /> groundwater sampling was performed. The CVRWQCB is not actively working on the site,she stated. / <br /> j„ Ms. Condon suggested that it is likely groundwater was impacted beneath the site, but she could not 61' <br /> speculate as to whether any such contamination would travel beneath Highway 99 to the subject <br /> property.3 <br /> L <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Emdronmental Healtb Department <br /> ` According to Diane Martinez of the EHD,no files were available for the subject property addresses of (3,-b <br /> 3666, 3704, and 3708 East Miner Avenue.' <br /> L The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List,dated December 20,2005,and the LOP/Non-LOP Sites <br /> list,dated July 20,2004,were reviewed at the EHD on January 26,2006. The subject property was not <br /> i found on either list. The following listed sites were found within one-quarter mile of the subject <br /> ` property: <br /> Parrish& Sons 3128 E. Miner Ave. <br /> 6. Parrish&Sons #2 3128 E. Miner Ave. <br /> Sheldon Oil 3310 E.Miner Ave. -3 6) <br /> Roy's Auto Wrecking 3570 E. Miner Ave. <br /> ` PDM Steel 3535 Myrtle St. <br /> The Parish& Sons, Sheldon Oil, and Roy's Auto Wrecking sites are discussed above. <br /> NOA reviewed information on file for PDM Steel at the EHD on February 14,2006. According to the <br /> records reviewed, four underground storage tanks were located at that facility: a 10,000-gallon diesel <br /> ` tank, a 10,000-gallon unleaded gasoline tank, a 1,000-gallon waste oil tank, and a base asphalt tank <br /> exempt from regulation. According to EHD files,the facility had a "good compliance history."
