i <br /> February 23,2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06008A <br /> i <br /> 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office ofEmergency Services <br /> The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES)web sites was searched on February 16, <br /> 2006 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No records were found for the subject property on East Miner Avenue. <br /> According to Michelle Halliwell of the OES, the following incident reports are on file at that agency <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property(addresses on Highway 99 and the Crosstown Freeway <br /> could not be searched due to the volume of records generated)': <br /> Oro&Farm 11/1/92 Waste oil in storm drain <br /> L 639 Oro Ave. 2/27/07 Drug lab waste found <br /> 349 Adelbert Ave. 7/21/98 Drug lab identified at residence <br /> 3901 E. Miner 2/14/01 Drug lab identified at residence <br /> Anteros &Myrtle 2/11/02 5-gal. bucket of waste oil found <br /> L 308 Broadway Ave. 8/7/03 Soil tested at drug lab <br /> 403 Lillian Ave. 8/29/03 100 gall. lubricating oil spilled on ground <br /> 516 N. Oro Ave. 11/3/05 Two drums found in alley <br /> A review of the "Notification of Hazardous Waste Discharge" files within one-quarter mile of the <br /> Lsubject property was conducted on February 15,2006 at the OES.' The following notices were found: <br /> Hwy 99 &Crosstown 8/9/96 80 gal. diesel spilled <br /> F Hwy 99 &Crosstown 2/1/99 Oil spilled from overturned truck <br /> 4014 E. Myrtle St. 6/17/03 Drug lab found at residence <br /> 308 N. Broadway 8/7/03 Drug lab found at residence <br /> LDue to the locations and dates of these incidents,as well as the nature of contamination in each case, <br /> any impact to the subject property from these incidents is anticipated to be minimal.
