6. <br /> February 23, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E06008A <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioner <br /> The San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners office' was not contacted regarding use of <br /> agricultural chemicals on the subject property because there is no evidence to suggest that the property <br /> Lhas been used for agriculture in the recent past. <br /> L3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> No wells or septic systems were noted in the previous report. The EHD well and septic permit files 6.0 <br /> were searched on January 26,2006 in an effort to obtain copies of permits for any new water wells or <br /> V septic systems on the subject property;no permits were found. <br /> 3.1.6 Site Reconnaissance <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on February 14,2006. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is (3. <br /> L, attached to this report as Appendix C. <br /> The subject property and vicinity appeared unchanged from the previous assessment with the following <br /> exceptions: <br /> • The inoperable vehicles previously observed on the property were no longer present. Soil <br /> L staining was not observed, though the majority of the property was damp and covered in <br /> seasonal vegetation which obscured the ground surface. <br /> ` The inoperable vehicles previously observed to the east of the property were not observed. The <br /> L residence to the east was being expanded, apparently into a duplex,at the time of the new site <br /> visit. <br /> [ • Minor amounts of trash,including a small appliance,were observed along the northern property <br /> boundary. <br /> • A depression in which water had ponded and several piles of construction debris were observed <br /> L near the southern end of the subject property. <br /> • A cement slab with a sewer manhole was observed on the dirt road near the center of the <br /> subject property. <br /> • A fence was observed near the eastern property line; according to Mr. Lucas, this fence is <br /> currently on the subject property and will be moved approximately three feet to the east prior <br /> to site development (personal communication,February 22,2006). <br /> ` <br /> G <br /> V <br /> 'San Joaquin County Agricultural Commissioners Office, 1868 East Hazelton Avenue,Stockton,California. <br /> 6 <br /> L 4A <br /> 6 <br />
