rr February 23,2006 NOA Project Number: E06008A 3.2 Past On-Site Sources of Contamination No potential above- or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from past uses of the site, except for the following: • The previous assessment identified minor soil staining to the driveway on the property as a result of parking inoperable vehicles on the site. The staining was not observed during this ` assessment;however, the ground surface was damp and largely obscured by vegetation. 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from ` current uses of the site, except for the following: (3 L • Less than five cubic yards of construction debris, and minor amounts of trash,were observed on the subject property. 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination LNo above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were identified from past uses of surrounding properties, except for the following: • Roy's Auto Wrecking,located directly across Highway 99 from the subject property,is included in the SLJC database of cleanup sites. Identified contaminants at the facility include total ` petroleum hydrocarbons, fuel oil, lead, and solvents. Staff of the CVRWQCB suspect that L groundwater impacts may exist, though the facility is not actively being investigated by that � J agency. • Three leaking underground storage tank cases and one underground storage tank site on a local database were identified within one-quarter mile of the subject property. i A total of 12 hazardous materials incidents were identified within one-quarter mile of the L subject property. 3.5 Current Off-Site Sources of Contamination L No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were (3•s) identified from current uses of the surrounding properties.
