LO INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT 1.1 Description of Site LThe subject property is located east of Highway 99 on East Miner Avenue.The property is a 1.054-acre lot (APN 143-350-19, 20 and 21), roughly rectangular in shape with the southeast comer flagging L farther out to the east than the northeastern edge.A U-shaped dirt driveway cuts through the center of the subject property. According to the San Joaquin County Community Development Department web site, the subject property is zoned R-L(Low Density Residential).This zone is intended to,"provide for neighborhoods consisting of detached, single family residences located within or immediately adjacent to population centers which have public services.
