L L March 4,2005 LNOA Project Number: E00517A 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board L Our office reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks(LUST)list Only 2004), the Water Purveyors L QuarTerly Report on MTBE Quly 2004), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups(SLIC)list (April 2004) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release i of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter Lmile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. Inside the one-quarter mile radius were two sites of concern: Sheldon Oil 3310 East Miner LUST list LRoy's Auto Wrecking 3570 East Miner SLIC list L According to the Region 5 Water Quality Control Board LUST list, at 3310 East Miner, a leak of Hydrocarbons was confirmed on June 17, 1991 from a leaking fuel tank at Sheldon Oil which impacted soils? According to Geotracker the case was closed by San Joaquin County in April 1999.' ' NOA determined the site is located greater than two-tenths of a mile west of the subject property. L According to the Region 5 Water Quality Control Board SLIC list, there was a release of Total L Petroleum Hydrocarbons (rPH) Lead (Pb) and solvents. According to the Geotracker database, the case type was, "Undetermined- Soil Impacted.s'According to the Region Five Water Quality Board, as of September of 1992 the status of this case was,"Remediation Underway." NOA determined Lthe site is located greater than 1,000 feet west of the subject property.
