L <br /> L <br /> March 4, 2005 <br /> NOA Project Number: E00517A <br /> 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br /> L The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated June 24,2004, and the LOP/Nan-LOP Sites <br /> list, dated July 20, 2004,were reviewed at the EHD on February 14, 2005. Two sites were found <br /> within one-quarter mile of the subject property;these were already noted in section 3.1.2. The two <br /> sites of concern were : <br /> Sheldon Oil 3310 East Miner UST list and LOP/Non-LOP site list <br /> LRoy's Auto Wrecking 3570 East Miner LOP/Non LOP list <br /> The UST Program Facility Inventory by Facility Name, dated April 11,2001,was also searched at the <br /> EHD on September 7,2004 for the name Lucas. No records were found for the subject property. <br /> 1 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services <br /> bAw <br /> L The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) web site was searched on March 1, <br /> 2005 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject <br /> property. No listing was found. <br /> LAccording to Ms. Michelle Halliwell of the OES,'no incident reports are on file at that agency for <br /> I the subject property. For the property within one-quarter mile there were two addresses of concern: <br /> L <br /> 3901 East Miner Clandestine Drug Lab Chemicals 2-14-2001 <br /> 226 South Anteros Abandoned Drug Lab 10-I1-1997 <br /> I` At 3901 East Miner, the OES reported that the Mitigation Removal Actions were processing of drug <br /> L lab waste material by law enforcement. NOA determined this case was greater than one-tenth of a <br /> mile east of the subject property. <br /> L <br /> At 226 South Anteros, the OES reported that the Mitigation Removal Action was that Deputy <br /> Tremaine, of the San Joaquin Sheriff's Department, removed the items which were reportedly not <br /> L contaminated.The Environmental Health Department was notified on the same day.
