There was one address within the one- <br /> quarter mile radius that was of concern: <br /> 230 South Anteros 200 used tires dumped illicitly 12-2-1992 <br /> L <br /> A report from OES indicates the San Joaquin Sheriffs Department was called to report an incident <br /> L in which approximately 200 tires were dumped on 230 South Anteros Avenue. NOA found no <br /> further records. NOA determined this case was greater than 1,000 feet south of the subject property. <br /> L <br /> 3.1.4 San Joaquin County Fire Prevention <br /> L <br /> The Stockton Fire Department (Auxiliary Firefighters) was contacted by telephone regarding <br /> L hazardous material incidents on the subject property. According to the secretary (name withheld), <br /> Fire Protection District has no records for the subject property.6 <br /> L3.1.5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> According to Mr. Lucas, there are no septic tanks or wells on the property. 'Water is provided to <br /> I the property by the public water system. Domestic sewage disposal is provided to the property by a <br /> Lpublic sewer system. <br /> L3.1.6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> The California Department of Oil, Gas,and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) Wildcat Map #606 <br /> was reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. No wells <br /> L are depicted within one-quarter mile of the subject property. <br /> L 3.1.7 Site Reconnaissance <br /> L A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on February 25,2005. Photographs <br /> of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B.
