A minimum of 173 parking stalls shall be provided for the project. <br /> 11. A minimum of six (6) accessible (handicapped) spaces shall be provided for each <br /> Phase for a total of twelve (12) accessible spaces for the project. <br /> 12. A minimum of six (6) bicycle parking spaces shall be provided for each Phase for a total <br /> of twelve (12) bicycle parking spaces for the project. <br /> 13. A minimum 6-foot high wrought iron fence shall be installed for the outdoor pools and <br /> spas display area as a public safety measure. All door and gate openings into the pool <br /> and spa display area shall be self-closing and self-latching. All latching devices shall be <br /> located no closer than four (4') feet to any adjacent horizontal surface. There shall be <br /> no additional outdoor storage at any time of equipment, supplies, materials, goods, etc. <br /> 14. Indoor storage of hazardous chemicals shall be limited to retail package merchandise <br /> for sale to the consumer. <br /> 15. The two refuse enclosures for the project shall be painted to match the primary color of <br /> the buildings. If additional refuse collection is necessary to serve the future tenants of <br /> Building `D", the property owner also shall be responsible for providing either of the <br /> following: <br /> a. Arrange with the City, multiple refuse collection times on a periodic(i.e. weekly) basis; <br /> or <br /> b. Provide additional trash receptacle(s) for future tenants in Building "D". The final <br /> location and appropriate screening for the receptacle(s) will be subject to review and <br /> approval by the City. <br /> 16. The propane tank proposed at the south end comer of Building "C" shall be screened <br /> from public view with a block wall and landscaping. The wall shall be painted to match <br /> the primary color of the buildings and constructed to standards similar to that of refuse <br /> enclosures. Details for screening the propane tank shall be illustrated on the <br /> construction plans and landscape plans, which shall be subject to review and approval <br /> by the Community Development Department. The fuel in the propane tank is only <br /> permitted to be used to service the heaters for the buildings. <br /> 17. All roof mounted mechanical equipment and appliances shall be screened from view by <br /> passing motorists (particularly State Highway 99 and Moffat Boulevard).
