The State of California records were checked for any recent REC's that may have been entered after the EDR search. The Department of Toxic Substances Control lists approximately 50 sites in SJC. (List included) The nearest site is in Linden on Rte. 26.No locations exist in/near the proposed subdivision. A request was transmitted via FAX to (916)255-6621 for information concerning any Clandestine Drug Lab on or near S. Reid Road. This request is answered via US mail and may take 10 days. The results of this request, when received,will be forwarded in an Addendum. The SRWQCB list of spills and leaks dated April 1, 2005 does not show any site within the search area. (List contained on pages 14-20 inclosed) The list was downloaded on 4/12/06. The LUST list famished by the EHD did not contain any listings within the search area or on the site. The Agricultural Commissioner's Office was again contacted and no records of chemical use in the area were found. The EDR, Inc.,report states the target property was not listed in any of the databases searched ` by EDR. No mapped sites were found in EDR's search ofavailable ("reasonably ascertainable')government records either on the target property or within the search radius around the target property The SJC,EHD records were reviewed for septic repairs on Reid Road. The five repairs found were for the years 1973-1990. The records are included in this update. The EHD septic records found indicate the following: YEAR ADDRESS ON REID RD.
