R-M 31 11% <br /> Total 286 1000/0 <br /> Roadways/Circulation <br /> As illustrated in Figure 2-3, the major roadways that will serve the Machado development are <br /> Mountain House Parkway and Grant Line Road, which border the eastern and northern <br /> boundaries of the project site, respectively. DeAnza Boulevard and C Drive will provide <br /> access through the project site from the north. Street plans reflect one major entrance from <br /> Mountain House Parkway and two major entrances from Grant Line Road. DeAnza <br /> Boulevard will extend through the project site, connecting to the future developments located _ <br /> north and south of the property. C Drive will extend through the project site from the north, <br /> curving to the west where it will access future development. The internal street system <br /> provides for sidewalks and the major roadways provide for multi-use paths as well as bike _ <br /> paths.
