The Emergency Response <br /> Notification System (ERNS) for the subject site only. <br /> 1.2 Additional Environmental Sources: State and Local <br /> 1.2.1 Review of reasonably ascertainable state and local regulatory agency records for <br /> information pertaining to environmental permits, site investigations, and documented <br /> enforcement actions for the subject site and adjacent facilities only. State and local <br /> agencies contacted may include the following as aplropriate: <br /> The local agency branch of the State Office of Emergency Services, the Regional Water <br /> Quality Control Board, the local Environmental Health Department, the local Fire <br /> Department, the Air Quality Management District or Air Pollution Control District, the <br /> local Planning Department, the Building Department, or the local utility company. <br /> 1.2.2 Interviews with local government officials for information regarding use, storage, and <br /> disposal of hazardous substances for the subject site or adjacent properties.
