5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> 5.1 Interview with Property Owners <br /> Robert Lagorio was interviewed by telephone on July 23, 2013. He indicated that the <br /> Site is owned by a corporation of which he is a part; it has owned the Site since the <br /> early 1970s, The land has always been a walnut orchard during that time. Mr. Lagorio <br /> stated that an irrigation well and a 500-gallon aboveground diesel tank are located in <br /> the pump house near the northeast corner of the Site; the tank is approximately five <br /> years old, and he has had no problems with it. He indicated that trash is often illegally <br /> dumped near Mormon Slough, forcing him and other property owners to dispose of it, <br /> but he has not observed any hazardous materials dumped in this way. The house and <br /> domestic well on the Site are approximately ten years old, he said; the irrigation well is <br /> around 30 years old. Mr. Lagorio stated that he had heard of an old barn being located <br /> near the southwest corner of the Site in the past, but he is not aware of any wells, septic <br /> systems, or other infrastructure there. Mr. Lagorio was not aware of any underground <br /> fuel tanks, chemical storage, automotive or equipment maintenance, or other <br /> environmental issues on the Site. <br /> 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS <br /> 6.1 Environmental Health Department Records <br /> The EHD was contacted regarding the Site addresses of 975 and 1057 South Jack <br /> Tone Road, Stockton. According to Cheryl Field of the EHD, no records related to <br /> environmental issues are on file (personal communication, July 2013). <br /> Live Oak reviewed the EHD well and septic permit files (current as of April 2013) for the <br /> Site addresses. Three permits were identified: <br /> • June 2001 permit for new domestic well. (Address listed is 1111 S. Jack Tone.) <br /> • April 2002 permit for new residential septic system. The permit indicates a <br /> 2,000-gallon septic tank, two 85-foot leach lines, and two 36-inch diameter by 25- <br /> foot deep seepage pits. <br /> • December 2002 permit for new pump at domestic well. <br /> These permits are included in Appendix 4 of this report. <br /> 4 LOGE 1316 Page 4 <br />
