According to the clerk the site is zoned as AL-5 (Limited <br /> Agriculture, 5-acre parcels). <br /> L7.4. INTERVIEW WITH CLIENT/OTHERS <br /> A phone conversation was held with Mr. Don Reynolds (property owner) on October 19, 2001. <br /> Mr. Reynolds stated that he has no knowledge of any onsite structures. Mr. Reynolds had no <br /> L knowledge of the prior structures noted by Kleinfelder and appearing in the 1937 and 1952 aerial <br /> photographs. Mr. Reynolds also stated that the site was supposed to have been leased for a 5- <br /> year period in 1982 to Gulf Oil Corporation. However, the lease was never finalized. Mr. <br /> L Reynolds also stated he has no knowledge of incidents regarding hazardous materials <br /> L releases/spills associated with the site.
