LKLEINFELDER <br /> L, 8 EVALUATIONS <br /> L <br /> L Kleinfelder performed this ESA of the subject site in conformance with the scope and limitations <br /> of ASTM Practice E1527. In summary, Kleinfelder's assessment revealed the following <br /> Linformation about the subject site: <br /> 8.1. FINDINGS <br /> L <br /> The following sections describe Kleinfelder's findings and provide a general background <br /> information about the site. Findings include recognized environmental conditions, historically <br /> recognized environmental conditions, and deminimus quantities, as applicable to the subject site. <br /> Business environmental risk issues are discussed in Section 8.3, Deviations. In summary: <br /> i. <br /> 8.1.1. Background Information <br /> r_ <br /> Information gathered from historical aerial photographs, historical topographic maps, interviews <br /> L with property owners and other historical information, revealed that the site has been used for <br /> agricultural purposes since at least 1937. <br /> I <br /> L 8.1.2. Onsite Findings <br /> L <br /> • Two 1-gallon size plastic containers, containing waste oil, were observed onsite. One <br /> Lcontainer was observed near the agricultural well and pump in the southwest portion of the <br /> site. The container was approximately 1/6 full. The other container was located along the <br /> western edge of the site and was full (Photos 5 and 7, Plate 3, Appendix A). There was no <br /> indications of leakage from the containers and staining on the ground surface below. The <br /> Lwaste oil containers do not appear to pose an adverse impact on the site. <br /> • An agricultural well and pump are located in the southwestern corner of the site (Photo 4, <br /> 6. Plate 3, Appendix A).
