PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code must be performed prior <br /> to recordation of the final parcel map indicating that the <br /> area is suitable for septic tank usage. A permit for the <br /> percolation test is required from the Environmental Health <br /> Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and Nitrates prior to <br /> recordation of the Final Map. Samples are to be taken and run <br /> by a State-approved lab. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system on remainder <br /> parcel under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the tome of development. <br /> d. Destroy the existing abandoned well under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division that is within <br /> the walnut orchard. <br /> 3 . LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. The private right-of-way shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of the Uniform Fire Code Section 10 . 207 and <br /> the Liberty Fire District. <br /> 4 .
