Trinkle Property Page 4 of 9 Our Project Number: E07143A September 12, 2007 3.1.1 Regional Water Quality Control Board NOA reviewed the Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) list (July 1007), the Water Purveyors Quarterly Report on MTBE (July 2007), and the Spills, Leaks, Investigations, and Cleanups (SLIC) list (1s' Quarter 2005) on file with the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB)4 in an attempt to determine if there are any files present at that agency which note the unauthorized release of a toxic or hazardous agent into the environment on the subject property or within a one-quarter mile radius of the subject property. The subject property was not listed on any of these databases. One address within one-quarter mile of the subject property was found on the databases. .. Deuel Vocational Institution was located on the SLIC and LUST databases. This 760 acre parcel is located at 23500 Kasson Road, across the street from the subject property. However, according to the most recent report available on the Geotracker website,5 the area of concern is over a quarter mile away from the subject property and the groundwater flow is reported to the northeast, away from the subject property. No impact to the subject property is anticipated from this site. 3.1.2 San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department According to Diane Martinez6 of the EHD, no files were available for the subject property addresses of 24583 & 25001 South Kasson Road. The Underground Storage Tank Site Mitigation List, dated April 3, 2006 and the LDP/Non-LOP ' Sites list were reviewed at the EHD on August 30, 2007. One listed site was found within one-quarter mile of the s4ect project: Deuel Vocational Institution located at 23500 Kasson Road. See Section 3.1.1 for more information. 3.1.3 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services The San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services (OES) website' was searched on August 29, 2007 in an attempt to determine whether a hazardous materials inventory is on file for the subject property. Ar'Hazardous Materials Management Plan was found for the subject property. The property stores aviation gasoline and waste oil. A copy of the plan has been included in )Appendix F.
