The first <br /> parcel is a public Commercial Recreation site of 3.9 acres. The site contains an 7,500 SF Golf <br /> Club Pro Shop and Golf Cart Barn adjacent to a 6,500 SF Restaurant. The second parcel is a <br /> 1.87 acre park with a trailhead connecting to the Mountain House Regional Trail System. The <br /> third site consists of a 200 SF Gatehouse, 5,500 SF Residential Home Sales Center and 35,000 <br /> SF Private Members Club and outdoor facilities on 19.19 acres. <br /> 2.2.1 Allowed Uses, Permanent <br /> The nature of the Active-Adult, Age-Restricted amenity uses within the C-R zoning is of <br /> social connections, health and wellness, and higher learning.
