Drive access to the site shall be from arterial and collector streets. <br /> 1. Public golf club and restaurant are located adjacent to the golf course <br /> 18th fairway and have Mountain House Community access via Great <br /> ` Valley Parkway, directly off of Neighborhood I neighborhood entry. The <br /> golf club and restaurant access will be prior to the gatehouse. See 1.3 <br /> Section B, 1 and 2. <br /> 2. Private age-restricted amenity buildings and recreation facilities shall be <br /> located directly off of the neighborhood entry within the gated <br /> neighborhood. See 1.3 Section B, 3, 4, 5. <br /> 2.2.4 Pedestrian and Bicycle Access <br /> a. The Class I multi-use path on the northern edge of Great Valley Parkway shall <br /> connect to the internal public golf and restaurant site circulation paths to <br /> encourage Mountain House Community connectivity. A Class 11 multi-use path shall begin in the public parking at a designated regional <br /> trailhead, and connect to the regional trail system multi-use path on Trilogy <br /> y Boulevard. There shall be a designated Mountain House regional trail system parking area <br /> for 5 vehicles situated at the entry of the public golf and restaurant parking areas. <br /> [See 1.3 Section C, Specific Plan 11 7.2.6 Trails] <br /> d. Use trails west of Great Valley Parkway on the Neighborhood I entry road shall <br /> be discouraged. <br /> 4 <br />
