Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report------APN: 001-230-39-----Pkel Nos. 1 and Remainder <br /> evidence that indicates the property has been subjected to business or industrial type use <br /> that would have contributed possible contamination to the property. <br /> Future Planned Property Use: The planned development is to create a future home site <br /> consisting of a 2.8 acres parcel, Parcel 1, complete with a 1,055.11 feet long and 25 feet <br /> wide access road off of West Kile Road, with the rest of the property being the <br /> remainder, all as depicted on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map" which is attached to <br /> and made an integral part of this report. <br /> Parcel 1 is to contain 2.8 acres to accommodate a future home site about in the <br /> middle of the total 65.58 acres larger parcel. Parcel 1 will also have a access road to <br /> provide ingress and egress to the parcel. The remaining 62.78 acres is to be a remainder <br /> parcel. Parcel 1 could then either be sold or passed on to other family members <br /> Site Description and Property Search: On October 25, 2001, a property search was <br /> made to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, kerosene, <br /> other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles situate on any of <br /> the three parcels totaling one hundred twenty-eight(12 8) acres that could contribute to <br /> contamination. <br /> The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored <br /> photographs I took and these pictures are identified by numbers contained in Appendix 1 <br /> which is attached to and made an integral part of this report.
