In the 1963 photo, a structure can be seen near the northwest corner of the Site.
Additional rural residences can be seen on adjoining properties to the south of
the Site.
The scale of the 1975 photo makes identification of site-specific details difficult.
A new structure can be seen on the adjacent land to the north of the Site.
In the 1983 photo, three structures can be clearly seen near the northwest corner
of the Site.
In the 1998 and 2000 photos, a square area can be seen on the western side of
the Site that appears to be used for storage of trailers or containers. Additional
residences can be seen on the adjacent land to the north of the Site.
In the 2002 photo, the eastern of the three structures on the Site is no longer
visible.
In the 2004 photo, the square storage area on the western side of the Site is no
longer visible.
In the 2005 photo, the western of the three structures on the Site is no longer
visible.
In the 2006 photo, no structures are visible on the Site.
In the 2014 photo, the Site appears to be under active cultivation. An object can
be seen near the former location of the eastern structure on the Site.
4.0 SITE INSPECTION
Live Oak inspected the site on March 4, 2015. Photographs of the Site are
attached to this report as Appendix 2. Live Oak viewed the extent of the former
airstrip on the Site and the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of the
Site; the northern property line was inaccessible due to loose dogs at the
adjacent residences to the north. In most places, the ground surface could not
be inspected because the Site has been planted with thick grasses.
The Site consists of agricultural land crossed by an old airstrip. It was planted
with a grass crop. Piles of branches and tree stumps were observed in several
locations on the Site: at the southeast corner, near the center of the southern
property line, and at the southwest corner. A pile of soil was observed on the
east side of the Site near an adjacent residence. A pile of concrete pieces was
observed at the northwest corner of the Site. One pole-mounted transformer was
observed near the center of the northern property line.
LOGE 1506 3
