When solids <br /> were removed from any of the septic tanks, that tank was inspected and found to be in excellent <br /> condition. There have been no plumbing backups and no leach line or filter bed failures <br /> Section 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area <br /> Soil in the general area (approximate one mile radius) of the subject property is suitable for <br /> conventional septic tank, leach field operations. There are no known failures or repairs of septic <br /> systems in the proximity of the existing parcel. The farm building that was previously located on <br /> the site was not permitted for occupancy but was occupied in violation of code. Waste disposal <br /> from this building was not permitted and was substandard. All traces of that inadequate, ; <br /> unpermitted system were removed from the site in the year 2000, prior to start of construction of / <br /> the now extant structures. <br /> Section 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History <br /> There are four residences with septic tanks adjoining the subject parcel. Those structures were <br /> built in the 1980's and 1990's. There are no known issues with septic systems adjoining the <br /> subject parcel. <br /> Section 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History <br /> No knowp'repairs have been made to the septic tanks on properties adjoining the subject <br /> property., <br /> Section 3.7 Description of Proposed or Expected Maximum Septic Tank Usage on Site <br /> Parcel 1 — There is no a ected need for additional septic tanks on Parcel 1 beyond the <br /> three currently locate ere. <br /> Parcel 2 —Parcel 2 may include a home site in the future. If that construction occurs, it <br /> is expected to require installation of one, or possibly two, septic tanks. <br /> Designated Remainder — The Designated Remainder may include a home site in the <br /> future. If that construction occurs, it is expected to require installation of one, or possibly <br /> two, septic tanks. <br /> SECTION 4.0: GROUNDWATER INFORMATION <br /> Section 4.1 Description of Depth and Gradient of Groundwater in The General Area <br /> The depth to groundwater on the subject parcel is approximately 40 :E feet below ground surface. <br /> This is consistent in the area and the depths to groundwater in the region.
