Cemex Vemalis Quarry Mining and Redamation Project <br /> 1 .3 Organization of the Document <br /> The Final EIR is organized into six chapters. Chapter I provides an overview of the CEQA <br /> process and the Final EIR. Chapter 2 provides the written and verbal comments on the Draft EIR <br /> received during the review period. Chapter 3 provides the Lead Agency's responses to the <br /> comments in Chapter 2. Chapter 4 includes corrections and additions to the Draft EIR text as a <br /> result of comments made on the Draft EIR. Chapter 5 includes the Mitigation and Monitoring <br /> Reporting Plan for the project. Chapter 6 contains correspondence regarding the project received <br /> after the Draft EIR was circulated for public comment. Chapters 7 and 8 contain a list of <br /> preparers of the Final EIR and any additional reference materials used in the preparation of the <br /> document, respectively.
