Single Family Residence <br /> Finding No. 5 states:, "The use is compatible with adjoining land uses." <br /> This finding cannot be made for the proposed residence because the site is located between two approved <br /> quarries. Trucks, noise, dust and vibrations associated with the quarries are incompatible with the proposed <br /> residential use. <br /> Temporary Corporation Yard <br /> The proposed truck parking'and maintenance building fall within the meaning of a corporation yard. The <br /> following conditions of approval are recommended to ensure that the use is temporary and related to the <br /> surrounding quarry operations, and will be discontinued when the surrounding quarries are reclaimed: <br /> i (1) TEMPORARY USE: This permit is for a temporary use.
