The area surrounding the subject property is also devoted to agricultural use. There is no apparent evidence indicating the property has been subjected to industrial or business type use that would have contributed possible contamination to the property. Future Planned Property Use: The planned development will allow the present property owner to continue to devote the land to agricultural use as he has in the past and also retain his present home and live in it as he has been doing for many years already. Site Description and Property Search: On November 11, 2002 a property search was made to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, kerosene, other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles situate on the proposed home site parcel as well as the planned remainder parcel totaling 43.04 acres that could contribute to contamination. The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored photographs I took and these pictures are identified by numbers contained in Appendix I which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. The photographs were taken from the locations identified by a circle with the letter"L" and a number inside it that are on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map". A description of what is being viewed in the numbered photographs, as well as the direction of viewing, is detailed as follows: JLAJ At location Ll that is the northeast comer of the subject property looking south along the east boundary paralleling South Lammers Road towards the existing home site. and some stored farm equipment. ,(1 B)At Ll looking west.
