The area <br /> surrounding the subject property is also devoted to agricultural use. <br /> There is no apparent evidence indicating the property has been subjected to <br /> industrial or business type use that would have contributed possible contamination to the <br /> property. <br /> Future Planned Property Use: The planned development will allow the present <br /> property owner to continue to devote the land to agricultural use as he has in the past and <br /> also retain his present home and live in it as he has been doing for many years already. <br /> Site Description and Property Search: On November 11, 2002 a property search was <br /> made to determine if there were above ground fuel storage tanks, oil drums, kerosene, <br /> other petroleum products and/or other possible contaminant receptacles situate on the <br /> proposed home site parcel as well as the planned remainder parcel totaling 43.04 acres <br /> that could contribute to contamination. <br /> The conditions seen and noted are best described and recorded by the colored <br /> photographs I took and these pictures are identified by numbers contained in Appendix I <br /> which is attached to and made an integral part of this report. The photographs were taken <br /> from the locations identified by a circle with the letter"L" and a number inside it that are <br /> on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map".
