• In the 2000 and 2008 photos, the Site has been planted with vineyard. Animal <br /> pens can be seen on the adjacent parcel to the west. <br /> These photos are included as Appendix 3 of this report. <br /> 4.0 SITE INSPECTION <br /> Live Oak inspected the site on September 26, 2016. Photographs of the Site are <br /> attached to this report as Appendix 2. The perimeter of the Site and the field <br /> road crossing the Site were inspected. <br /> The Site is a vineyard bounded by Lehman Road on the east. No structures, <br /> wells, or other features were noted on the Site. <br /> The surrounding properties to the north and east are alfalfa fields and a rural <br /> residence. To the south are a vineyard, open land, and a rural residence. To the <br /> west are vineyard and a rural residence with several horse and goat enclosures. <br /> 5.0 INTERVIEWS <br /> • 5.1 Interview with Client <br /> James Gwerder was interviewed by telephone on September 27, 2016. At this <br /> time, he indicated that his wife and her sister have owned the Site for <br /> approximately 15 years; it has been in their family since the 1930s. Mr. Gwerder <br /> indicated that before the existing vineyard was planted, the Site was a walnut <br /> orchard. <br /> Mr. Gwerder was not aware of any structures, wells, fuel tanks, chemical storage <br /> or mixing, automotive maintenance, buried trash, dumping, or other <br /> environmental issues with the potential to affect the Site. <br /> • <br /> LOGE 1625 3 <br />
