• 6.0 SITE DOCUMENTS
6.1 Environmental Health Department Records
Hazardous Materials Records
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department was contacted
regarding the Site addresses of 28801 South Lehman Road. According to
Ashreen Ali, no records related to hazardous materials are on file (personal
communication, September 22, 2016).
Well & Septic Permits
Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
well and septic permit files. No permits were identified for the Site address.
7.0 GOVERNMENT AGENCY RESEARCH
7.1 EPA Databases
The California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) manages contaminated
sites through two sub-agencies: the State Water Resources Control Board
i (SWRCB) and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The
SWRCB's GeoTracker database includes underground storage tank (UST) sites,
leaking underground storage tank (LUST) sites, cleanup program sites, and land
disposal sites. The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the
Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list.
DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response
sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and
permitted hazardous waste facilities.
Live Oak searched both databases on September 25, 2016 for any listed sites
within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either
database. The following facility was identified within one-quarter mile:
• Charles R. Alcock, 5871 W. Linne Road, Permitted Underground Storage
Tank Sites list. Although the exact location of this facility was not
determined, it is most likely located on the north side of Linne Road
because of its address. Based on its probable distance from the Site, this
facility appears unlikely to have impacted the Site.
•
LOGE 1625 4
