L <br /> LJanuary 10, 2006 <br /> NOA Project Number: E05169A <br /> LP**"2.2 Aerial Photographs <br /> .c% <br /> Aerial photographs depicting the subject property dated 1937, 1952, 1963, 1975 and 1983 were <br /> reviewed at the SanJoaquin County Surveyor's Office in Stockton, California.' One additional photo <br /> dated 1993 was obtained from Microsoft Terraserver.3 <br /> In the 1937 photo,it appears that there are some structures near the northwest comer of the subject <br /> property.The middle portion of the site is planted in what appears to be orchard.The bottom portion <br /> appears to be either row crops or a new orchard. A creek runs from the northwest comer southeast <br /> L through the orchards near the middle of the property and exits neat the center of the eastern property <br /> line. Surrounding properties appear to be agricultural with scattered rural residences. <br /> In the 1952 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> previous photo. Another creek is visible in the northern third of the property and connects to the <br /> aforementioned creek.The orchard still exists,and row crops are still being farmed near the southern <br /> portion of the property. <br /> ✓ In the 1963 photo, the creeks on the property have been transformed into one irrigation canal which <br /> L runs from the northwest corner of the propeity southeast and exits near the lower portion of the <br /> northern third of the property. The orchards appear to have been removed, and the entire property, <br /> with the exception of the upper northeast comer of the site,has been replanted with what appear to be <br /> row crops. A bam and a home site appear in the northeast comer of the property. Surrounding <br /> properties still appear to be agricultural with scattered rural residences. <br /> / In the 1975 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged from the <br /> 1,. previous photo except that the structures near the northwest corner no longer appear to exist. The scale <br /> of the photo does not allow identification of site-specific details. <br /> L ✓ In the 1983 photo, the subject property and its immediate vicinity remain relatively unchanged from <br /> the previous photo.To the east of the property exists what appears to be a large agricultural tail-water <br /> pond. <br /> L <br /> /In the 1993 photo,the subject property and its immediate vicinity appear relatively unchanged from the <br /> Lprevious photo. Two more structures which appear to be sheds or bams are also visible . <br /> ✓These photos are included in Appendix C of this report.
