Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report—APN: 009-100-02—To create four(4)parcels containing <br /> 80 acres each within an existing 320 acres parcel <br /> number and large capital letter on the Project Site Map,which is included and made an <br /> integral part of this report. The photographs taken are viewable in Appendix I, which is <br /> attached to and made an integral part of this report. The views the camera captured are <br /> detailed as follows: <br /> (1A) Standing at the southeast comer of subject property and looking north along the east <br /> boundary of the subject property. <br /> ✓(>B) Standing at the southeast comer of the subject property and looking west along the <br /> south boundary of the subject property <br /> ✓ (22)Standing on the west side of the subject property's access road on the north side of <br /> Liberty Road and looking east along the subject property's south boundary line towards <br /> the southeast comer of the subject property. <br /> (3A) Standing on the access road to the subject property and looking west along the <br /> subject property's south boundary line. <br /> ✓ QB Standing on the access road to the subject property on the north side of Liberty Road <br /> and looking north at the property identification sign. <br /> ✓ <br /> (30 Standing on the access road to the subject property on the north side of Liberty <br /> Road and looking north viewing the paved access road to the subject property. <br /> ✓ 4)On the west side of the paved access road to the subject property southwest of the <br /> agricultural well and looking northeast at the access road and the agricultural well on the <br /> east side of the paved access road. <br /> (5) On the west side of the paved access road to the subject property and looking <br /> northeast at the south side of an agricultural well. <br /> ✓JqA) Standing on the east side of the access road to the subject property and looking <br /> southeast at the north side of the agricultural well. The inside of the fenced area around <br /> the agricultural well was not viewed and could contain the chemical drum and other <br /> containers as seen in Photographs(9A&B). <br /> ✓(6B)Standing at the east side of the access road to the subject property and looking north <br /> at an empty drum, which used to contain the chemical Roundup. <br /> ✓JZAJ Standing at Location 7 and looking east at the west end of a mobile home <br /> /(77B) Standing at Location 7 and looking at a pickup and the north side of the mobile <br /> home. <br /> r J Standing at Location 8 and looking southwest at another agricultural well. <br /> v 9f A & 9B) Standing just east of the agricultural well and looking west at the inside of the <br /> fenced area of the well at various chemical drums and various other chemical containers. <br /> These old drums and containers if empty will need to be cleaned out and/or disposed of at <br /> an approved hazardous waste materials site, such as at the Wright's Petroleum disposal <br /> site in Escalon.
