Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report—APN: 009-100-02—To create four(4)parcels containing <br /> 80 acres each within an existing 320 acres parcel <br /> ` ME)At Location 8 and looking northwest at some equipment being stored west of the <br /> equipment building. <br /> ` OFF)At location 8 and looking less northwest than(8E) at some more equipment being <br /> stored at the west end of the equipment building. <br /> 1( OA) Standing at Location 10 and looking southeast across the equipment storage area <br /> towards the fenced agricultural well. <br /> 1( OB) Standing at Location 10 and looking less southeast that(10A) at two over-head <br /> fueling tanks. No ground discoloration or drippings were evident from any spillages from <br /> the tanks. <br /> ` (100 Standing at Location 10 and looking at the west end of the equipment building and <br /> an empty metal tank on metal feet. <br /> 1( OD) Standing at Location 10 and looking southeast at the north side of the equipment <br /> building and looking at a large garbage type collector bin. <br /> 1( OE) Standing at Location 10 and looking less southwest than(I OD)at some equipment <br /> being stored on the north side of the equipment building. <br /> ` j11) Standing at Location l land looking east along the equipment building's south side. <br /> Standing at Location 12 and looking west along the equipment building's south side. <br /> Standing at Location 13 and looking north at an unpaved extension of the subject <br /> property's access road, which runs in the middle of the subject property its the full length <br /> in a north-south direction. <br /> 14A Standing at Location 14,the north end of the subject property's access road, and <br /> looking east along the north boundary of the subject property. <br /> 1( 4B) Standing at the same place as (14A)except you are looking west along the north <br /> boundary of the subject property. <br /> At the southwest comer of the subject property and looking north along the west <br /> boundary of the subject property. <br /> Other than the chemical drums and containers Ropd in Photographs(6A,& 9 A& <br /> B)and the possibility of(8A), no around diccoloratiord s illa es or improper storage of <br /> chemicals were found during my search. Also my visual above ground property search <br /> did not reveal any vent pipes, excavated areas or other evidences of below ground <br /> contaminant sources. However, no below ground excavations were made as a part of my <br /> search. Also a binder entitled"Underground Tank Site Mitigation Database <br /> (property <br /> List"available in the Environmental Health Department's office was consulted and no <br /> underground tanks were listed in the binder for the subject property. <br /> (3.2)Possible Septic Contamination: Existing San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department records of seventeen(17) septic system permit installations along <br /> East Liberty Road were reviewed and are summarized in the attached"San Joaquin Co. <br /> Environmental Health Divisions Septic Permit Records"study, which contains permit <br /> nos.,dates, names and addresses, soil type and leach field and pits system installations <br /> information. The records reviewed covered about a twenty-six(26)year period from May <br /> 27, 1970 through Mayl4, 1996. One of the records was for a pit system installation to <br /> replace a leach field installation.
