Proposed new parcels have not been assigned official parcel numbers. The small parcel identified as 255-025-38 is the site of the existing ' farm building complex and is also the site of two septic sewage systems and a domestic water well. ' 1.2 Proposed Development The owners plan to keep the re-parceled land within the family for the foreseeable future, and ' no overall change of use or of zoning is expected. The entire property is currently planted in almond orchards, and this use will not change. Each of the 17 new parcels may eventually be the site of a rural residence, but no specific plans are in place. Each such residence would be ' served by a dedicated domestic water well and a septic sewage system. The subdivision maps are attached as Appendix B. In addition, an air-photo based map in Appendix C also shows the proposed new parcel outlines. ' 2.0 PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE ' The subject property has been the site of young almond orchards for less than two years. Past agricultural uses since before 1937 have been to raise row, grain, or hay crops. Historically, ' the one existing farm building complex is believed to be on only building site on the property. The two residences in the building complex are served by domestic water production well and two septic sewage systems. Irrigation water for the orchards is provided by the Banta-Carbona Irrigation District.
