Government information obtained <br /> from nongovernmental sources may be considered current if the source updates the information at <br /> least every 90 days or, for information updated less frequently than quarterly by the government <br /> agency, within 90 days of the date the government agency makes the information available to the <br /> public." This specification applies directly to the records obtained from GeoTracker for <br /> Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUSTs). <br /> II. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY � - <br /> The subject property has been owned by Ms. Ohlendorf for the past 15 years. Prior to this time, <br /> Mr. Michael Brown owned the property and built a single familyresidential structure w at is <br /> now Parcel 248-080-31, next to Linne Road. Tis home was built in the late 1950s. The <br /> remaining portion of the property is currently fallow, but was a walnut orchard before the trees <br /> were removed in 2002. The project is located in the southeastern one-quarter of Section 3, <br /> Township 3 South, Range 5 East M. D. B.&M. Surrounding structures consist of very low <br /> density residential, agricultural, commercial office and grocery store, Jefferson School, and the <br /> Tracy Rural Fire Department. <br /> The region has been dry and irrigated farmed,particularly in pasture,row crops and walnut <br /> orchards for the last several decades. Surrounding irrigation is provided by irrigation wells and <br /> the Banta Carbona Irrigation District. The historical aerial photos illustrate that the subject <br /> property were entirely in tree crop production in 1957. <br /> The attached photographs illustrate that almost all of the land use is fallow on the subject parcels, <br /> with the exception of the homesite.
