Locke Road was <br /> conducted from the files of SJC PHS-EHD. The record search located one(1) septic permit and <br /> five (5) water well permits for the subject site. Paper copies of all the permit are presented in the <br /> appendix. A leach field is planned to be installed using the existing <br /> tanks and tight line sometime in Fall 2002.
