Issuance of the permit will not be significantly detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare or <br /> be injurious to the property or improvements of adjacent properties. <br /> • This finding can be made because the Initial Study prepared for this project found no <br /> potentially significant environmental impacts. <br /> 5. The use is compatible with adjoining land uses. <br /> • This finding can be made because the proposed uses will not interfere with nor alter the <br /> current land uses on adjacent properties. Surrounding properties are mainly agricultural <br /> with scattered residences. The nearest residence is on the adjacent parcel to the north <br /> and is 68 feet from the property line. The proposed driveway for the farm service and the <br /> agricultural truck parking is adjacent to this property line.
