These chemicals are toxic to humans,and carbofuran has been identified as <br /> a potential groundwater contaminant. <br /> 3.3 Current On-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> L <br /> No above-or below-ground on-site potential or known sources of contamination were identified from <br /> current uses of the site, except for the following: <br /> L <br /> • Agricultural chemicals continue to be applied to the property. <br /> LAgricultural equipment is stored at the equipment pad on the subject property. <br /> L Soil staining and discoloration have been identified at the equipment pad,and soil discoloration <br /> has been identified on the field roads on the subject property. <br /> • Debris,including broken concrete and tires, has been identified at the equipment pad on the <br /> subject property. <br /> i 3.4 Past Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> L <br /> No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were <br /> identified from past uses of surrounding properties. <br /> 3.5 Current Off-Site Sources of Contamination <br /> �. No above-or below-ground potential or known sources of contamination to the subject property were <br /> identified from current uses of the surrounding properties, except for the following: <br /> L Four above-ground storage tanks,several drums,at least 10 tires,and other miscellaneous debris <br /> are stored in the vicinity of the shop at the adjacent property to the north. <br /> L 4.0 EVALUATION OF IDENTIFIED CONTAMINATION SOURCES <br /> L Due to their nature and/or distance from the subject property,the tanks,drums,and debris identified <br /> at the adjacent shop do not appear likely to cause an environmental impact to the subject property at <br /> this time. <br /> 1 <br /> L <br /> 9 <br /> "444 L. <br />
