DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. <br /> b. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a <br /> sand/oil separator and discharged to an above ground system <br /> approved by the Environmental Health Division. This system <br /> must be designed by a registered engineer. Applicant must <br /> file an application for facility permit/waste discharge with <br /> the California Valley Region. The application forms can be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division. If the above <br /> ground holding facility had to be emptied you first would have <br /> to analyze the contents for any hazardous material. You can <br /> obtain specific test requirements from the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. If hazardous material is stored on site applicant must <br /> register with County Office of Emergency Services. <br /> d. If hazardous waste is generated applicant must obtain a EPA <br /> identification number and comply with applicable regulations. <br /> 3. BUILDING DEPARTMENT <br /> ORDINANCE REOUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable ans shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> 1. Exterior wall less that 20 feet from a property line <br /> shall be of one-hour, fire-resistive construction. <br />
