The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fire sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> 3 . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> a) A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and <br /> a grading permit issued by the Building Inspection <br /> Division prior to performing any excavation or <br /> filling of earth material: <br /> 1) A grading plan shall contain the information <br /> listed in the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, <br /> Section 7006 (1) . <br /> 2) The grading plan shall include complete <br /> drainage details and elevations of the adjacent <br /> parcels. Retaining wall details shall be <br /> submitted where applicable. <br /> 3) Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall <br /> comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered <br /> Grading Requirements. " <br /> 4) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall <br /> be incorporated in the grading plans. <br /> 5) All compaction reports must be submitted prior <br /> to a foundation inspection. <br /> 6) All grading permits are subject to approval by <br /> the other departments. <br /> 7) All grading authorized by the permit shall be <br /> approved prior to the issuance of any building <br /> permits or the beginning of any construction. <br /> C. The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> 1. Parking shall be provided for the physically handicapped. <br /> The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance. <br />
