CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> SA-91-16 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> 2 . Identification signs for the parking space(s) , including <br /> the "tow away" sign, shall be provided at each entrance <br /> or be visible from each space. <br /> 3 . The slope of the parking space(s) shall not exceed 1/4 <br /> inch per foot. <br /> d. Existing elevation certification is required with all permit <br /> applications for structures located within the 100 year flood <br /> zone. <br /> 4. AIRPORT LAND USE COMMISSION <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Building and equipment heights shall not exceed 150 feet. <br /> b. Reflective materials that may distract pilots or impair vision <br /> shall be prohibited. <br /> C. Radio transmissions shall not interfere with airport <br /> communications, which use the following bands: <br /> 108 . 0 - 136. 0 Mhz and 300 - 3 , 000 Mhz . <br /> d. The storm drainage pond shall not create a bird hazard. <br /> S. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas must be <br /> paved and permanently maintained with asphalt or cement. <br /> Bumper guards must be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures or properties. All surfaces shall be <br /> shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> b. A trash enclosure shall be provided and designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. The enclosure shall be designed to <br /> accommodate all trash receptacles and constructed on three <br /> sides with a solid wall and gated on the fourth side. <br />
