U, <br /> (1) All storage materials and related activities, including storage areas for trash, shall be <br /> screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties and public rights-of-way <br /> including the adjacent river. Screening.shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. <br /> Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of main <br /> buildings.(Development Title Section 1022.4[d][2]) <br /> h. SOIL REMOVAL: No material excavated during construction of the approved facility shall <br /> be removed from the site. (Development Title Section 9-1405.5) <br /> i. CUT AND FILL: No areas to be cut or filled shall be located within 25 feet of an existing <br /> levee, river,wetland area, or property boundary. <br /> j. TREE PRESERVATION, WETLAND AND RIPARIAN HABITAT: No trees or riparian <br /> habitat shall be removed. No wetland area shall be disturbed. New riparian areas shall be <br /> established as shown on the approved site plan dated February 6, 2001. A tree <br /> preservation,wetland protection,and riparian habitat plan shall be prepared by a qualified <br /> biologist for approval by the Community Development Department prior to approval of the <br /> building/improvement plans. The plans shall include provisions for protecting trees, <br /> riparian habitat and wetlands during construction. <br /> k. CULTURAL RESOURCES:If, in the course of development,concentrations of prehistoric <br /> or historic-period materials are encountered,all work in the vicinity of the find shall halt <br /> until an archaeologist can evaluate the materials and make recommendationsfor further <br /> action. If human remains are encountered,all work shall halt in the vicinity and the'County <br /> Coroner shall be notified immediately. At the same time, a qualified archaeologist shall be <br /> contacted to evaluate the finds.
